How do I place order for the discount offer?
The order process is as follows:
- Fill and submit the order form.
- You will get a ‘thank you’ email with further instructions within 24 hours.
- Pay the 50% advance deposit.
- On receiving the payment, you will get another email for order confirmation.
How long is the offer available?
How long will it take to get my website?
After the order confirmation, it will take around 10-15 days to complete the website project. After that you will get 1 full week for revisions to get any changes done.
Do I need to provide anything?
Yes. You can provide any text-content, photographs, audio or video files, etc. that you want to add to your website.
Also, if you already have a registered domain name and/or hosting, you will need to provide the username and password of your hosting account.
What if I don't have the text/visual content ready?
If you don’t have the content (text-content, images, audios, videos, etc.) ready, I can proceed with the project using temporary dummy text and images.
You can send me your content files during the 1 week revision period after project completion to add to the website.
However, anything you send to add to the website after that period will be considered as an update and will be charged accordingly.
Do you offer any free revisions?
Yes. You will get 1 full week of free revisions after the project completion. During this period, you can request any changes in the design or content of the website for no additional charges.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order anytime.
Do you offer refund on cancellation?
Yes. The refund policy is as under:
- If you cancel within 24 hours after order confirmation, you will get full refund of your paid amount.
- If you cancel after 24 hours but before 72 hours, you will get 50% refund of your paid amount.
- If you cancel after 72 hours, your paid amount will be non-refundable.
How much will it cost?
As mentioned on the offer page, you will get a 50% discount on the website. The normal price of the website is ₹12,000. However, under the offer, you will get it for just ₹5,999.
When should I pay?
You must pay a 50% advance deposit (₹2,999) while ordering your package. The remaining 50% must be paid on project completion. Please read the terms of service for details.
How do I pay?
You can pay by any of the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Net banking
- Paypal
Do you offer web hosting too?
Yes. Under the plan, you will get free domain name and hosting for the first year.
From the second year onwards, a fixed annual charge of ₹3,900 will be charged for domain and hosting renewal to keep your website running online.
However, if you have already purchased a domain name (and/or hosting) from a third party provider, you just need to provide me the credentials (username and password) of your hosting account to work on your project.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance or technical support?
Yes. I offer the option of providing ongoing website maintenance and technical support for a fixed monthly charge of ₹600/mo.
However, it is not mandatory. If you don’t want to pay the monthly fee, then you can choose to handle the maintenance tasks all by yourself.
In that case, you can still get my help for any issues by paying my hourly fee.
However, I will recommend that you choose the first option of paying a monthly fee. It will save you valuable time and money and make sure that your website will be running smoothly without any issues.
Do you offer any additional discounts?
Yes. If you bring a new client for me and if that client purchases a package (with or without the discount), you will get a 10% additional discount on your package.
